Dara is a technology orchestration layer built to modernize how mid-market companies in the GCC manage cash.
Founded in 2025 in Dubai, Dara was built on a simple observation: mid-market businesses in the UAE and GCC generate enormous transaction data, but almost none of it is used to get them better financing terms, better FX pricing, or less manual finance work. We built Dara to change that — starting with access to payables and receivables financing through partner institutions, and expanding into full treasury automation.
Dara operates under an Innovation License from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Payments flow through licensed PSP partners regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE), directly into our customers' bank accounts — Dara never holds client funds.
